Barrister Bilal Ramzan, our Chief Operating Officer (COO), combines deep legal expertise with strategic operational insight.
Called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2016, he has served as a Legal Consultant with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), where he was instrumental in managing their litigation in the High Courts. His academic journey is distinguished by dual LLM degrees—one in Criminology from the University of London and another in Legal Practice from Nottingham Trent University—alongside advanced studies in Intellectual Property Rights at George Mason University, USA, and he is currently pursuing a PhD in Law.
Bilal is also a respected faculty member at the Institute of Business and Information Technology, University of Punjab, where he teaches students about the intersections of law, business, and innovation. Under the mentorship of Mian Muhammad Ramzan, Bilal has become a key part of our team, embodying our core values of trust, commitment, and delivery. His close collaboration with Mian Muhammad Ramzan has shaped his approach to teamwork, development, and results-oriented strategies, driving success in both legal and operational aspects.
